How does emergency unlock work?

Emergency Unlock gives you immediate access to your blocked apps when you need it.

Using Emergency Unlock will immediately remove all active app restrictions for the day, even if you haven't reached your activity goal.

Your activity progress isn't changed and your goal isn't marked as complete — Emergency Unlock simply removes the app restrictions.

Emergency Unlock is there for situations where you genuinely need access to your apps and can't complete your goal.
