Why aren't my apps blocked?

WorkoutFirst uses Apple's Screen Time controls to restrict the apps and categories you select.

If an app isn't being blocked when you expect it to be, check that:

• The app or its category is included in your blocked apps.

• Your daily goal is active and hasn't already been completed.

• WorkoutFirst still has Screen Time permission.

• Emergency Unlock isn't currently active.
